About Paula's Massage & Body Work
Welcome to my website. I am Paula Doane and I take great pride in providing superior and affordable therapeutic massage and body work in Greeneville TN and the surrounding Greene County TN area for both men and women. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a graduate of Reflections of Health School of Massage in Johnson City, Tennessee. I have taken workshops specifically for frozen shoulder and neck release and I am a member of The American Massage Therapy Association.
The Art of Massage
Massage is an age-old, holistic remedy that facilitates the body’s natural healing process. Your body has an innate power to heal itself. Massage stimulates your body’s own natural defense system at a cellular level to function more efficiently, repair tissue, break pain cycles and reduce stress. Massage also improves your level of sleep, lowers blood pressure and gives a strong mind, body and spirit connection. Receiving regular therapeutic massages helps decrease the negative effects of stress, improves circulation, reduces anxiety and alleviates pain in the body.

I believe in the health benefits of massage on a regular basis and want to make it more affordable for people to incorporate massage into their wellness plan. My sessions include an integrated approach to the body and include: Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, prenatal massage (doctors release required), frozen shoulder and neck release.
